 Fabulous site, we have been to a few over the years and this was by far the tidiest, cleanest and best done out one we have seen. Stayed Friday to Monday, everyone we encountered from the security guard, reception staff, bar staff etc were all super friendly and polite. Swimming pool was very clean and lovely changing area etc. Much better than expected. Fish and chip shop was good, tasty and fresh. Food in the main building was good value and delicious. Fun fair was reasonably priced. Caravan was a deluxe van and couldn’t fault it. It was weekend before Halloween we went and place was well decorated and staff dressed up. Great for the children.

My husband and I had a mid week break during the first week of September and had a dog friendly caravan as we brought our Jack Russell with us. The caravan was mostly clean, settees embedded with dog hair but we covered them over with blankets before sitting on them. We enjoyed playing cash bingo in the live lounge but found it quite irritating that children and babies were screaming throughout and parents did little to control them despite the bingo caller asking them politely to be quiet. Regardless we had a great stay, loved Mablethorpe and dog friendly beach opposite. We have already booked our next visit and counting down the days!

 We stayed with our friends on Elm Crescent. Caravan was beautifully clean and in a great location away from the Centre. Holly at reception was helpful as was Briony (I think that was her name) in the restaurant.

Could do with better beach access for buggies but otherwise great getaway with the kids.

I am full of praise as cannot find fault. Check in was so well organised and swift. We were in a deluxe caravan on Hazel Corner which was prefect as field behind so children could play football. Exceptionally clean and spacious caravan and additional toilet was a real bonus. We did the Jump and high wire activity which was such good fun and Josh and Liam who were overseeing these activities were brilliant. There is lots of outdoor seating and an outdoor bar as well as covered area outside the main restaurant. We all enjoyed every second of our weekend and could of happily stayed longer. This is our 4th visit and can honestly say it gets better as so much money has been invested. What makes it extra special are the lovely friendly staff who all seem very happy in their work.
